Update to Xcode 73

Apple requires that you update to the latest version of Xcode in order to continue developing with your apple id. Xcode is a suite of tools used for developing software on macOS and ios. The latest version is Xcode 73.

Go to the App Store

If you have already installed a prior version of Xcode on your Mac, launch the App Store application from the Applications folder, then click the Updates tab at the top of the App Store window. Locate “Xcode” in the list of available updates and click Update to install the latest version of Xcode.

In the Updates tab, you will see a list of all the software updates that are available for your Mac. To update to a new version of macOS, click on the Update button next to the software update.

If you want to update to a specific version of macOS, you can click on the More info button next to the software update. This will take you to the App Store, where you can download and install the specific version of macOS that you want.

Update to xcode 73 or later by going to the developer website and clicking on the xcode 73 link. You will need to agree to the terms and conditions and then enter your password to continue.

Click on the project file

When you’re ready to develop your app, click on the project file in the Project navigator. Then, select the target for where you want to deploy your app: a simulator, a connected device, or a generic iOS or tvOS device.

In order to develop with your apple id, you must first select it from the drop-down menu.

In order to develop with your Apple ID, you will need to click on the “Develop” button in the top left corner of the Xcode application. Once you have done this, you will be able to select your Apple ID from the drop-down menu.
